If your order is not delivered for some reason, please send us your order number with your message - having this number is the best and the fastest way to check your order. You can find your order number by scrolling down the transaction receipt email you got from the payment system to the section of Payment Description. This section contains one and only number, it can't be missed.
Our average response time doesn't usually exceed 30 minutes, but please allow up to 6h because of different time zones, peak hours, and similar reasons.
