If your order is not delivered for some reason, please provide us with your order number, order type, and the target username in your message. Having a complete set of information helps us find and fix issues faster. You can find your order number in the transaction receipt email clients get from us after the transaction is cleared (12 digits, ex: 271643281093).
Our average response time doesn't usually exceed 30 minutes, but please allow up to 6h because of different time zones, peak hours, and other reasons.
